We, at Rapidomize, respect the privacy of our customers and visitors. This privacy policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information through our website at rapidomize.com (the “Site”) and any service offered by Rapidomize via applications, offline services in connection with or online services that are owned or controlled by us (the Site, Mobile Apps, the “Platform” and services referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is very important to us, and we do not sell, share or disclose your Personal Information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. However, we may share your data if we believe that it is necessary to comply with any legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

This Privacy Policy statement does not apply to information collected by third-parties including but not limited to third-party service providers that we integrate with to provide you the intended Services.

Age restriction

We do not provide services for children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the only way to use our Services is with involvement of a parent or guardian. The age of a “child” varies depending on country, so children must seek their parent or guardian to use our Services. We do not collect or share age information.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and Services data at any time you wish by going into Account settings.

Information Collection

We receive information from you as Personally Identifiable Information (name, e-mail address, payment related information) during your account registration/upgrades on our Site/Mobile Apps, and as none personal information (IP address, site cookies and data we may receive from you to provide you the agreed Services such as API keys, OAuth authorization tokens & service configurations data) during the time you use Services of our Platform.

All information we receive from you will only be used to provide you the intended Services that you explicitly enable & authorize.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you the Services you have requested and during you have an active account with us. You can delete your account and all information any time you wish. If you prefer to delete only a certain information, you need to request us in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Personal Information is updated routinely so that we have accurate and up-to-date information about you. In some cases we may required to retain your Personally Identifiable Information for longer, if requirement arises to comply with legal obligations, for disputes resolution, or is otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.

Data Security

We use your data solely for the provision of Services requested by you. Rapidomize is committed to take commercially reasonable steps using technical and administrative measures to safeguard your information which we collect, to provide you the Service, and store with us. The measures we use to protect your data includes wire level security (TLS/HTTPS) when transfering data, firewalls, physical access controls, authorization controls for information retrieval, data encryption at rest … etc. If you come across any security issue, contact us at security@rapidomize.com and we will attend the problem immediately.

We use a third party payment processors to process payment for premium accounts. We do not have access to, collect or store your credit card information. Your payments are securely processed by Stripe, Paypal and we only receive a confirmation about the your payment.

Use Of Cookies And Similar Technologies

We use only session cookies to help us manage your authentication session during the time you access our Site (i.e. as soon as you logout from our Site or close your browser cookies are destroyed).

Mobile App

Mobile App permissions are only stored locally on the device. We do not control or alter permissions settings stored on the device. You are in full control of all the permission of the Mobile App.

Tasks, workflows (ICApps), APIs and related configurations including data models, API keys, OAuth authorization tokens you provide explicitly to the Services are stored in our Platform to provide you the intended Services, and our Platform facilitate you to access them across all the devices you use (including mobile, desktop browsers …etc).

  • Location data:

    Location data is only accessed if you explicitly authorize app to use location data by enabling it via app settings. Once enabled via settings, app uses location data if geo-fencing features are deliberately and actively enabled in your workflows (ICApps) and only when such ICApps are running (even while the app is in the background). Geo-fencing feature allows determining if your devices is entered or exited a geographical area you defined via device maps. We do not collect, store or share location data, and data is only used to calculate geo-fencing triggers within your device.

  • SMS, Call logs:

    SMS & Call logs are only accessed if you explicitly authorize app to use log data by enabling it via app settings. Once enabled via settings, SMS & Call logs are accessed if SMS & Call based triggers and actions are deliberately enabled by you in your workflows (ICApps) and only when such ICApps are running (even while the app is in the background). We do not collect, store or share Call/SMS log data for any purpose other than to provide you the intended functionality of you workflows (ICApps).

  • Contact list, Calendar Events

    Contact list or Calendar Events are only accessed if you explicitly authorize app to use that data by enabling it via app settings. Once enabled via settings, Contact list or Calendar Events are accessed if Contact list or Calendar Events based triggers and actions are deliberately enabled by you in your workflows (ICApps) and only when such ICApps are running (even while the app is in the background). We do not collect, store or share your data in any form for any purpose other than to provide you the intended functionality of you workflows (ICApps).

Data Transfers

Information we collect from the Site or Mobile App, when providing you the Services you requested, are securely transferred to, processed and stored securely in data centers located in United States (U.S.). If your countries laws are different from U.S. then by using the Services, you acknowledge and authorize us to transfer to, process and store your information securely in data centers located in U.S.

Changes To This Policy

Depending on the need, Rapidomize deserves the right to amend this policy as required and the latest revision of the policy will be made available on our site. If you are using our Services it is assumed that you agree with the current privacy policy on our site. If we make significant material changes, we will provide notice to you via email.
