Setting up your Microsoft Outlook Trigger

When a calendar event is within next 15 minutes in Microsoft Outlook, this will Trigger.

1. To start creating this , select “Intelligent connected apps” menu icon and then click on “Create new ” button.

2. Give a name for your .

3. Go to next screen by clicking the green arrow button.

4. Select “Microsoft Outlook” which is to trigger your from the list of apps(Trigger is an event which starts the ).

5. Connect your Microsoft Outlook account to Rapidomize and authorize Rapidomize to access your Microsoft Outlook account.

6. Follow Guidance How to set up Microsoft Outlook on Rapidomize. Once connected, press “select” key to select your Microsoft Outlook account.

7. Select the trigger Notify when near calendar events from the list of triggers.

   

8. Test and retrieve sample data of your Trigger by clicking on “Test / Get Sample Data”.
