Connect your Zendesk account to Rapidomize and authorize Rapidomize to access your Zendesk account.

Follow Guidance " Zendesk". Once connected, press “select” key to select your Zendesk account.

Select the action “When an event occurs on a task or project” from the list of actions.

- Select the workspace you want to monitor.
- Select the project or the task you are interested in. Don’t select both.

- Test and retrieve sample data of your Trigger by clicking on “Test / Get Sample Data”.
