Setting up your Asana Action

The specified task in Asana will be updated as per your instructions each time this ICApp is triggered.

1. Once you test your Trigger data, you need to select an action app to use with the Trigger.
2. To add this action app to your ICApp, click on the “add service” button.

3. Select “Asana” as your Action app from the list of ICApps.
4. Connect your Asana account to Rapidomize and authorize Rapidomize to access your Asana account.
5. Follow Guidance on setting up Asana to work with Rapidomize. Once connected, press select key to select your Asana account.
6. Select the “Action” by clicking on “Update a task” icon.

7. Select the particular workspace.
8. Select the project in which the task needs to be updated.
9. Select the task that needs to be updated within the project.
10. Write the name of the task.
11. You can also enter any other notes that is required.
12. Select the Assignee for that task.

13. Test your action by clicking on “Test/Get sample data?”.
14. Save your ICApp by clicking on “Save ICApp”.
15. You will get a card entry in “Intelligent Connected Apps page”.
16. To activate the ICApp, turn ON the “Run” toggle slider.
17. Click on “Status” icon on the card to see the status of your ICApp from the Dashboard.
18. Once you activated your ICApp, it will run according to the specified schedule.
