How to set up Microsoft Outlook on Rapidomize

  1. To use Microsoft Outlook with Rapidomize, you must connect your Microsoft Outlook account to Rapidomize. If you already have an account with Microsoft Outlook, you can use it. If not, you need to create an account with Microsoft Outlook.

  2. Once you select Microsoft Outlook app from the list of ICApps, authorize Rapidomize to access your Microsoft Outlook account.

  3. Click “Authorize” to allow Rapidomize access your Microsoft Outlook account.

  4. Sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account and provide permission to Rapidomize, to access your Microsoft Outlook account. Full edit permission is required for create/update actions. You will only need “view only” permission for triggers and data retrievals.

  5. Once Rapidomize is connected to your Microsoft Outlook account, you can proceed with your ICApp creation.

Tip: Whenever you want to select data values from previous steps, click select data button button in our workflow.
