How to set up Intercom on Rapidomize

1. To use Intercom with Rapidomize, you must connect your Intercom account to Rapidomize. If you already have an account with Intercom, you can use it. If not, you need to create an account with Intercom.

2. Once you select Intercom app from the list of ICApps, authorize Rapidomize to access your Intercom account.

3. Click “Authorize” to allow Rapidomize access your Intercom account.

   

4. Log in to your Intercom account to access it.

   

5. Provide permission to Rapidomize to access your account. Full edit permission is required for create/update actions. You will only need “view only” permission for triggers and data retrievals.

   

6. Once Rapidomize is connected to your Intercom account, you can proceed with your ICApp creation.
