Setting up your Google Contacts Action

Create New Contact

A new contact with specified details will get created each time this ICApp is triggered)

  1. Once you test your Trigger data, you need to select an action app to use with the Trigger.

  2. To add this action app to your ICApp, click on the “Add service” button.

  3. Select “Google Contacts” as your Action app from the list of ICApps.

  4. Connect your Google account to Rapidomize and authorize Rapidomize to access your Google Contacts. Follow Guidance on setting up Google Contacts to work with Rapidomize. Once connected, press select key to select your Google Contacts account.

  5. Select the “Action” by clicking on “Create new contact” icon.

  6. Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company and the Job Title of the contact.

  7. Enter any other information you require under “Notes” field.

  8. Test your action by clicking on “Test / Get Sample Data”

  9. Save your ICApp by clicking on “Save ICApp”.

  10. You will get a card entry in “Intelligent Connected Apps page”.

  11. To activate the ICApp, turn ON the “Run” toggle slider.

  12. Click on “Status” icon on the card to see the status of your ICApp from the Dashboard.

  13. Once you activated your ICApp, it will run according to the specified schedule.
